Gosset Grand Ros? = good stuff

Was looking for some Billecart-Salmon rosé but didn't find, guy in the store recommended this Gosset.

With a traditional Galette, new year's toast with a friend and neighbour. (He provided the galette, which apparently required a visit to every patisserie in the neighbourhood, duty tough on the waistline anyway).

The Gosset was brilliant. Fine light mousse, just a tiny sweet roundness of strawberries, then peach, agrume (Adele thought grapefruit) maybe some crisp gooseberries, super clean and nice and long.

Good stuff, actually a good buy at €49.
