In honor of your first Torrontes I ordered a bottle of 2007 Montecepas Torrontes last night with dinner at one of our favorite artisinal restaurants.

Please inform: What is an artisinal restaurant? I bake artisinal bread, but I'm not sure what an artisinal restaurant might be .. something like Alice Waters' in Berkeley?

Thanks. Dee

Yes, they only use local fresh products, mostly organic, heirloom varieties, etc. The produce and meats come from local small farms, etc.
