Has anyone tried this magnetic gizmo on their wines?? I just heard about it on the radio show called The Tasting Room. I also see the Myth Busters did a show about, but I missed that. I'm very skeptical about magnets improving anything. Opinions??

This question has come up here many times before. There is no good scientific reason to support the suggestions that such magnetic devices will improve wine, soften water, make gasoline burn better in your car, cure a host of diseases, improve your sex life, etc etc etc. The only few properly controlled double blind scientific test in these areas have not supported such claims. I doubt if you could even get a respected consumer testing organization such as Consumer Union to even waste their time and money to test such a device anymore. Such magnetic devices have been made since before I can remember, and, so far as I can tell, all they have ever done is improve the bank account of some fast talking sales people.
