yes, the Pepin. The cheese cuts the pumpkin sweetness and I've found White Burg (or any Chard that isn't heavily oaked) works well

Agree re the Gotts- I think they are decently made, just not my style. But they sare well priced and very popular with casual tasters.

2 corrections: Hugel was the "Hugel" Gewurz, not the Gentil blend. The Christoffel was the one star not the two (I have both, the 2 star was way cheaper from PC blowout)
