2015 Selbach-Oster Zeltinger Sonnenuhr Kabinett At first I thought this a little soft and sweet, but maybe it just wasn't c old enough (I poured and left my glass out for a while). As I had seconds, a much perkier wine. Good acids, white nectarines and tart apple, a long mi nerally finish. Pretty but not delicate wine. Tasty with fish tacos. B+/A-Grade disclaimer: I'm a very easy grader, basically A is an excellent wine, B a good wine, C drinkable. Anything below C means I wouldn't drink at a p arty where it was only choice.Furthermore, I offer no promises of objectivi ty, accuracy, and certainly not of consistency.
