I am trying to confirm who created the gyropalette/girasol - France or Spain? I have come up with both at different times - first, I find the patent was applied for by two Frenchmen in the late 1960's but that the Spaniards were the first to actually use it in the early 1970's. Any help is greatly appreciated!
