Hi, all. I'm seeking advice again, though I read each thread in this newsgroup almost daily and have learned much.
I have a 6 gallon Pinot Noir kit, just in the primary, and I've added 1 oz of dried elderberries. Will I get some of the elderberry taste? or am I wasting my time? And now that I did it, how could I ever tell if it is different? I wanted to do it during primary fermenting, but I guess I could have put into two 3 gallon carboys and added to only one. But too late now. But I seek any experience or thoughts.
I was looking to make it more "jammy". (smile)
