Cranberry wine fruit flavor to strong and sweet

I have some cranberry wine in the final stages of the secondary fermentatio
n.  Is it possible to use the current solution and just start over with som
e more water, sugar and yeast ?   I used 3 lbs of fruit for each gallon of  
water.    the starting SG was 1.090 and is now 1.035   It has been in the c
arboy 45 days and has is not releasing any measurable gas
