Just an FYI to clarify what was written below...Marvin Shaina may not have been drinking, but he had EXTREMELY high levels of Ecstasy and Cocaine in his system...which, is one of the factors that played into the sentencing of the Detroit Cop. Also, he was not leaving his job, as previously reported, he was leaving a bar, Altered State in Detroit, and was skipping on the service drive of I-75 when he was hit.
