I have moderated a tax newsgroup for 9+ years and have someone referred to as The Lord High Executioner of Spammers. He goes after the trash that spams. You really need to go after these parasites and you have to know a lot of technical info to do it.
Hopefully someone will take it upon themselves to volunteer to go after these leaches.
