In Singapore I had a strong black coffee similar to our French Roast. This was called Kopi, presumably some Malaysian slang, and different from the regular stuff at the business hotels. Does anyone know what kind of beans/roast this is? It didn't seem particularly refined but had a nice strong taste without being bitter.
