Mention of Spoonfest inspires me to alert you all (both? just the one of yo u?) to Woodfest. Yes, the Society for the Preservation of Beers from the Wo od is promoting a festival of beers in full wooden jackets.
It runs from Thursday 6th to Saturday 8th July 2017, at the refurbished Hor se and Jockey in Castleford, West Yorkshire. It's a ticket-only festival be cause of space limitations. Tickets cost GBP2.50 and have to be booked thro ugh SPBW's on-line shop at .
