I had a stout at a local brewpub which was aged on raisins to quite good effect.

It was a sweet stout, not a lot of roast; actually I would compare it more to an Imperial porter. Sorry I don't have a recipe.

No prob, gunna do a google search now that I know a sweet stout with rasins is good.

I have a recipe for rasin wine. Never actaully tried but I've heard that it's excellent. If you happen to have tons of rasins you could try that.
