Just be aware that there are a lot of bad recipes out
there...particularly the ones at www.brewery.org and the Cat's Meow.
Many of those recipes hadn't even been brewed when people posted them.
Then there's the famous one with about 10 lb. of crystal malt and no
base malt! In general, you have to at least know enough to recognize
the mistakes in the recipes you find.
Life begins at 60 - 1.060, that is.
