Bought myself a case of Aventinus for Christmas and took it with me to a family party and the small group that sampled this master craft simply loved it. If you haven't tried this beer i highly recommend finding and purchasing it. I paid about $50, normally double what i like to spend on a case of beer but with Christmas and cold weather it is a perfect match. I will leave the comparisons and nuances to others but any experiences with aventinus is more than welcome.
