I disagree about Magnolia's food and eat there frequently. They have an solid menu (if anything too ambitious with ingredient mixtures) with some nice dishes that you wouldn't expect for $12. Recently the owner has married a vegetarian so it has become much more veg. friendly. Fries are also great. Service is pretty good to.

One thing I respect them for is shutting down for a few weeks to spruce up after 5 years of business because it shows they care about their location and the customers.

I think you mean Pizza Orgasmica, whose pizza is pretty good for San Francisco. I saw they were brewing but haven't really been excited about trying it. Let me know if anyone gets there.

If you are referring to the Bavarian Restaurant (Alameda), they have been closed ever since the Military left Alameda as did The Tied House. The Bavarian Restaurant had good brews on tap from Germany and great food.

There is an Italian Restaurant Brewery on Clement (San Francisco)near, I think, 25th. Never been there so I'm not sure if they contract the beer or whether the food is good.

Still do not recall E&O, I do remember 20 Tank Brewery had great beer however could not pay the lease after a Dot Com Guru purchased the building. Now,I think there is some sort of sparing (boxing) going on there.
