The October meeting for the New York City Homebrewers Guild will take place on Tuesday, October 19th at Brewsky's (located on 7th Street between 2nd and 3rd avenues) at 7:30pm. Guild member Chris Post will discuss common off-flavors found in beers and how to avoid them. Doctored samples of beers will be provided for the discussion.
Bring your friends. Bring your homebrew. New members are always welcome.
