Well this bill became a law, and now if you live in NY and you keep a keg on tap, you have to pay a $75.00 deposit along with filling out a bunch of paperwork. If you cant finish that keg and return it within
30 days, say goodbye to your deposit. This only hurts the honest tax paying draft beer drinkers and no one else.
