I have recently picked up a six pack of Porter brewed by Otter Creek in Middlebury, VT. What an extremely tasty porter! I was wondering if anyone is familiar with the brew and could help with some ideas on it's hop profile. I would like to attempt to duplicate this brew with my setup. I am not yet setup to do all-grain brewing and use the malt extract with specialty grains technique at this time. Any help would be appreciated.
