It didn't get shut down by the government. Shwarzenegger's private lawyers threatened action, and the brewery backed down. Which is pretty much what any celebrity does when their likeness is used without their permission.

My head is operating just a hair of a second slower than my mouse finger, because just as I was clicking "send," I realized you were using "gov" as in short for governor, not as an abbreviation for government. My bad.
