The Samuel Adams Brewing Company down in the West End is going to be brewing beer around the clock. The move comes after the company has been forced to throw away beer that didn't meet their quality standards.
The non-stop schedule is also prompted by an increase in Sam Adams deliveries.
Well I never - I didn't think you could get yeast to ferment 24/7 - I thought the Brewing Yeast Union only allowed 9 till 5 working.
Presumably this will now mean a much higher alcohol content in Sam Adams beer?
You might be remotely clever if you realized that "brewing" and "fermenting" are distinct processes.
