We've a new coffee machine (Gaggia Classic) that first time produced a perfect single cup of espresso with the smaller filter. However the second cup (after replacing the coffee of course) or a double cup (with larger filter) tastes awful - like old coffee...
We're obviously missing something - any suggestions?
