Just to let people know how weird brewing can be..
1) Started the brew, took 24 hours to start bubbling. 2) Continued to bubble for 3 whole weeks. Even the last day it was a bubble every 10 seconds. 3) Racked it. Still bubbled for a week. 4) Bottled it 5) It managed to condition itself so the plastic bottles became hard. 6) Tried it 3 weeks later. Absolutely great very bitter, very alcoholic beer.- posted
