Over the decades I know what to expect when I buy SowMee, all leaf, or Yinzhen, all bud, tea. I just bought my first commercial tin of BaiMuDan 32g/$6 always knowing it was a mixture of the two. I was disappointed at the amount of bud. I'd say 10% bud and remainder leaf. To give credit the tin was lined with white hair dust. Is that the ratio of bud and leaf your experience with White Peony? I enjoyed the taste but was disappointed in the lack of presentation by the bud. If I'm drinking mainly white leaf tea I'll stick with the cheap SowMee.
