Living in Europe, I used to order my tea from US sites, Upton and SpecialTeas. I am satisfied with them, but I almost always have to pay import taxes. Although the US$ has now a good rate when paying in euros, it still represents some 20% more.
I would like to order some tea from european sites. I am considering Betjeman Bartos or Mariage Freres. The second has a much larger offer, but I find prices higher. I need advice here. What are your experiences with these sites? What about the quality of the product? Are there any other european sites to consider? I buy darjeeling, keemun, lapsang, earl grey, formosa oolong and japanese sencha.
