I'm still alive and kickin (I know bummer for some:) I switched jobs and things were pretty hectic for a while so my time for posting (and just about anything) went down dramatically. However, at my new job I've already "converted" a number of people to good tea without even trying. At first (like always) they thought the tea thing was odd and poked a little fun, but then slowly they started to ask for some to try... and then one got hooked on (of course) some of my more expensive Gyokuro. There is a kombucha fan, a puerh fan, and a darjeeling guy now :) Thankfully my greens are being left alone for me to enjoy now.
Things went from chaotic to just large-scale (tens of thousands of network ports now), which is a nice change, and I was and still am doing continued consulting and emergency work for the old company... so I still get a bit of both. I'm in the middle of building a Japanese pond too so things have been pretty nuts. We're looking forward to trying to get another trip to NYC in (I'm hooked) so this time I'll be sure to get my ducks in a row to hit TTG and Itoen and a few other key places I missed last time.
I have some catching up to do around here.
