Oolong Taifu

I have this 'Formosa Fancy Superior Oolong Taifu' here and it is one of my favourites. I brew it with temperatures between 80 and 90C, boiling kills it. What is remarkable about this tea is that it develops its full aroma and flavour whith very little tea leaves (about 1g per 250ml, strong blacks use often 3g). Making the tea stronger seems to diminuish its quality. Brewed weak it has an almost oily taste and a faintly camomile flavour, most enjoyable and lingering. JB
