I saw a segment on CCTV of a famous newly remodeled tea shoppe near the Forbidden City by a group pouring hot water into tea cups from the long spout copper kettles like I saw in the country tea shoppe but included dancing and acrobatics. The reporter is wondering around going gaga drinking tea soup from a tea bowl he filled from an urn which is only served certain hours. No wonder Westerners wont ever drink tea after leaving China.
