The murkier the healthier

I see we got a stuttering BOT telling us about the health benefits of tea. Ive come to the conclusion to be guaranteed those benefits you should also eat the leaves. Over the long haul Ive come up with another conclusion. I think the murkier the brew the better health. A pristine brew just doesnt have the nutrients a soupy brew does. If the brew looks like yuck it has more nutrients. I started noticing the connection when I first start brewing Shu. Its the angriest tea you can drink. Its the only tea I would describe as medicinal. I drink it after the evening meal. It completely settles the stomach. I didnt have any other tea for comparison till I brewed Young Hyson. It almost looks undrinkable like algae. The taste tends to be only slightlly harsh no matter how little or how much tea I use. Japanese teas in generally shed in the pot producing bright green incandescence. Theyre steamed so maybe inherently healthier than Chinese kill green. I just finished a thread about tongue pucker. Im going to revisit those two teas. If they look soupy and memory says so Ill treat them like medicine. If it taste bad it has to be good.

PS There is a Puerh tasting group that started a couple of months ago. Im suppose to join first. Ill just show up and see if the GEN crowd can tolerate a geezer with a sheet of 2004 BanZhang wild tree big leaf. Im more concerned about the social networkers who dont bring anything and say how great everything taste.
