This afternoon at the liquor store, I ran across a few bottles of Adelphi Private Stock, and it scores very high on my blended-list. It's very full-bodied for a blend, has some well-aged whiskies in it, and is smooth, but not dull. Fruit, wood, some sherry, some saltiness: it has many sides. I really like it!
Now, it's not a well-known blend, I've googled it, but can't find much more information than the Adelphi website provides
