Slightly off top.
Anyone suggest a nice 4/5 star hotel in which to sample these two regions?
Possibly with organised tours to classic Vine Yards?

Chablis and/or Sancerre Hotel Sugestions

In Loire, stay at Hauts de la Loire. The restaurant is great. I think it has 1 star. The hotel is a Relais & Chateaux.

A nice restaurant in Chablis for lunch is Vieux Moulin, a mill over the river in the center of town. A fine restaurant in Chablis is "Les Clos" which also has a hotel, but I've only dined there. The food is excellent. Several good Chablis producers are within walking distance.
