Stefano Farina Moscato d'Asti

Hi All, From posts in this NG, the opinion is that Moscatos are best when young. When digging through my cellar, I found the subject (NV) wine - probably 4-5 years old. It had a "head" on it when poured into a glass, but still very tasty. I'm thinking that Moscatos might last longer than expected? The next wine to try in my cellar is a 1997 Mondavi Muscato d'Oro - maybe it will still be good.

Any thoughts? Dick R.
