A rare tasting note from me, occasioned by a wonderful wine. This Champagne matches our tastes to a T. Opened tonight to celebrate our housebound 31at wedding anniversary, it was hright and citrusy with minimal toastiness and an elegant mousse, It was quite a treat with takeout Korean food (in support of our local restaurants).
