Wife and I had a light meal on cheese soufflé and a greek-inspired salad - very tasty and I opened a low-priced bottle: Jamek Stein am Rain Grüner Veltliner Federspiel 2003, 12.5% abv. Watery clear, light body, slight minerality - not too impressive, but with some warming up and air exposure it gained in complexity and weight, ending with notes of stones, white pepper and hay. A nice little wine, could buy again. Anders
