I'm thinking of purchasing a #30 double ratchet basket press.I've been processing several hundred pounds of blackberrys, blurberrys, and muscadines each year. Any pros and cons about this purchase by those who use them? Can a fruit bag be used to contain the fruit during the pressing? Any tips on it's use? Thanks, james
