Evening-
After reading a great book on wine operations I believe it's within my grasp to build an Ebulliometer. Since I enjoy building my own gear, anyone done this before? If so.... suggestions before I start? I've already drawn up some nice plans on paper using copper pipe, etc, and a digital thermometer capable of reading 0.1C; calibration is offset based.
If no one's done it, I'll report when I finish. Figure it'll go in my book when I finish...
