18 L Rhubarb 5 L Elderberry flower 13 L Black/red currant blend 13 L Gooseberryand plan to do the following in the fall:

1 gal Orange Passion fruit 5 gal Blueberry 6 gal Peach Rhubarb 9 gal Crabapple 3 gal Apple 3 gal Welch's White Grape Raspberry 2 gal Dole Juice Combinations 8 gal Dandelion 6 gal Red Zin 12 gal Symphony (Kit) 3 gal Ice Style Wine (Kit) 1 gal Welch's White Grape Pear 6 gal Rhubarb 5 gal Liebfraumilch
I just entered the following in the Alaska State Fair

Currently under airlock, in various stages, I have the following:
6 gal Winexpert Australian Shiraz 5 gal Blueberry 3 gal Strawberry 3 gal Black cherry 1 gal Dandelion (Jack's recipe #1) 1 gal Dandelion (Jack's recipe #2) 1 gal Cranberry (Welch's) 1 gal BananaI've never made rhubarb, and having been forced to eat it as a child, it just doesn't appeal to me. But I understand it does make for a nice blend. I plan to make a green plum and also a peach soon.
