Currently under airlock, in various stages, I have the following:
6 gal Winexpert Australian Shiraz 5 gal Blueberry 3 gal Strawberry 3 gal Black cherry 1 gal Dandelion (Jack's recipe #1) 1 gal Dandelion (Jack's recipe #2) 1 gal Cranberry (Welch's) 1 gal BananaI've never made rhubarb, and having been forced to eat it as a child, it just doesn't appeal to me. But I understand it does make for a nice blend. I plan to make a green plum and also a peach soon.
