Currently under airlock, in various stages, I have the following:

6 gal Winexpert Australian Shiraz 5 gal Blueberry 3 gal Strawberry 3 gal Black cherry 1 gal Dandelion (Jack's recipe #1) 1 gal Dandelion (Jack's recipe #2) 1 gal Cranberry (Welch's) 1 gal Banana

I've never made rhubarb, and having been forced to eat it as a child, it just doesn't appeal to me. But I understand it does make for a nice blend. I plan to make a green plum and also a peach soon.

I guess by comparison, I'm keeping my impulses in check.

6 gal of BK/WX VR Riesling (bottled about 1.5 months ago) 6 gal BK/WX Selection Pinot Noir (planning on bottling in October)

Oh, and I've got 5 gal of Mild Ale just about ready for bottling in the next day or so, and am planning another batch of beer shortly to help get me through football season.
