I've tried many hops. The best that I've found come from Czech Republic and from Washington state (US). These are both beautiful hops. The Czech hops are definitely more civilized (and cultivated) than those from Washington, but some times the wildness of Washington hops can be used to suit a beer very nicely. I'm curious to find out what other opinions are on this matter, and what other hops ppl enjoy, and where they come from, and where they fit into the scheme of making various beers.
