How easily it transfers from bottle to glass. Duh. Everyone knows that nothing ruins a good beer like having it pour from the bottle like ketchup that you can't unlodge the air bubble from.

Or even worse, hitting that bottle to get the beer out, only to have the beer spatter all over your clothes. I hear Guinness does that, because it's so thick and dark.
