My personal favorite is steak marinated in Belhaven's Scottish Ale. I also enjoy rolled flank steak and Guinness Extra Stout. Mmmmm! Great topic Mr. Gates! ^_^

I love grilled meat to beer and beer to grilled meat in nearly every variation. And, being a German, Schweinshaxe with Sauerkraut and Kartoffelpüree, mmmh!
