I guess Coors (Molson-Coors) announced it was closing the old Schlitz (later Stroh) Memphis brewery a while back (home to Zima and Keystone but not Coors, right?). There's a ad in today's NY Times Business section for this "Excellent (turnkey) Brewery" (according to the ad) and a link to this ad (complete with floor plan gif:
