I think this is about as cheap as you'll ever find one. It's $70 cheaper than I've ever seen Fry's price them before and cheaper then even Costco. I think it includes a single gauge regulator, but no CO2 tank:

Or you can look on

craigslist.org just look in the city you live in. It is free.

for a used one. I did. They pop up very frequently.
