I have been searching for a supplier of a ginger beer kit to purchase from Canada. I came across this great beer in Queensland, Australia where homebrew kits can be purchased, at least in the Cairns area. After asking around my local shops, the best I could find was a soft drink version of ginger beer that did NOTwork with a Cooper's beer kit as an additive. Does anyone know of a source for the real kits in Canada? I did come across a recipe in a homebrew book I have, but the kits were great as is.
