The article was in Brew magazine and it was about cloning "hoppy beers," but it never explained what "hoppy" means. However, I googled it and just happened to find one of *your* articles explaining that "The most common type of hoppy beer is the India Pale Ale." Your article (

No problem...your post reminded me I need to get that magazine back. There is also an article on adding a hop filter to your kegging system to add hops as you pour and I want to try it out.
