Not that I know of, but according to Schlenkerlas homepage there are a couple of Getränkemarkt that carry their brews:

Mailordering directly from them also works quite well.

The mailordering could be problematic. I am not in during the day and having them delivered to my place of work would be a big no-no.
I checked out the one near Stiglmaier Platz and I now have Rauchbiers in the fridge. Many thanks.
