Yeah, but seriously, why Duinen? If they're getting Huyghe stuff, do you at least get the Delirium beers (marginally better, IMO)? And man, those Lindemans lambics are soooo cloyingly sweet.

But kudos on the Ayinger & Smiths--just try to get the Smiths straight from a closed case to avoid the skunk.

No Delirium here. Teton Distributing isn't known for making sensible decisions...:^(

I just opened the Tripel. Not too shabby but the locally available New Belgium offering is wayy better.(I suspect that will be equally true with the dubbels)

I know, I know, but I still like them and so do the women I know that have tried them.

The Ayinger dunkel is really good. Better than the only other German dunkel I've seen here...Monschoff (sp?) And..re..the Smith's. They *just* opened the case and I only bought 1 just to see what I'm getting as far as freshness goes.

Don't bother with the Duinen. If you can get the New Belgium versions(or, I suspect, the Allagash) you'd be better off. Trust me. ;^)
