Does anyone know if Victory OH ages well? I've had what's left of this case of OH for several months. I'm somewhat drunk on it right now and I havn't had one in a few months. I don't know if it's my imagination, but it seems to have more character now. I don't know if 8 months worth of sitting in the bottom of my wine chiller is long enough to make a difference, but it seems to taste better then the fresh bottles I've had.
