Anyone ever purchase beer off of ebay? There is someone selling Westvleteren there and I am wondering how safe it would be. I'd really like to try that one now.

I have seen eBay yank ads for wine, mead, etc. I would stick with the reputables:

I've bought some vintage bottles with mixed results.
A lot of sellers on eBay change a hefty handling fee to pack an item. Look into that before you bid.
