Rhinegeist Brewery is planning a release party for Saber Tooth Tiger Imperial IPA, its first Rarity a limited brew that will only be around for a short time.
Rhinegeist describes the beer as having notes of papaya, mango and peach, with a crisp, clean citrus bitterness.
The party will take place from 5-10 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 3 at the brewery, 1910 Elm St. Music will be by Josh Eagle & The Harvest City, plus a second band TBA. T-shirts and limited-edition prints by TOMMYINK will be for sale.
Tickets are $10 (plus $1.54 fee) and include a 12-ounce serving of Saber Tooth Tiger, plus the guaranteed option to purchase a 32-ounce growler of the beer. Pho Lang Tang to will be on site selling banh mi sandwiches.
