Greetings! Don't drink a German bier without the proper food and music!
As you may have noticed it is sometimes difficult to get people to sing along properly at German Gatherings and fests.I have even noticed that most of the bands even here in Baltimore do not get the words right. Recently I noticed that younger people attending song society events in Houston, Texas were not singing. They did not have the lyrics! I recently provided the societies there with copies of this booklet. I recently returned to Houston, where I found that they were very well received. I was glad that the collection was complete. Some long time members and experts even found some new information in it! To address this issue and to get more people involved I have edited a booklet, Hymnal, if you will, of the traditional Bavarian Oktoberfest songs. Just published and sold at cost only.
